1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bl33 platform — including but not limited to the website, mobile interface, live casino, sports betting section, or any promotional offer — you ("the Player", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the bl33 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the bl33 platform. bl33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the bl33 platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins credits, or matched deposit credits awarded to a Player under a bl33 promotional offer.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and address verification process required before bl33 can process withdrawals.

3. Eligibility & Registration

Accounts found to have been registered by individuals under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

bl33 is made available to players on an offshore basis. Access may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to verify that accessing and using the bl33 platform is lawful in your country or territory of residence before creating an account. bl33 reserves the right to refuse service or close accounts associated with restricted jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

3.3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on bl33, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. bl33 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time.

3.4 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one bl33 Account. Opening, attempting to open, or operating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bl33 may close all associated accounts, cancel all pending wagers, and permanently forfeit any balances held within those accounts. 3.5 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to bl33 is truthful and accurate at all times. The provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure without refund of any funds held.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bl33 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, nor permit any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf.

bl33 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password for your Account and enable any additional verification features made available on the platform. You agree to notify bl33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your credentials.

bl33 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity carried out through your Account will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have previously notified bl33 of a security breach and bl33 has confirmed receipt of that notification.

bl33 reserves the right to require you to change your password at any time, to suspend access to your Account pending investigation of a suspected security issue, or to close your Account if the security or integrity of the platform is considered to be at risk.

5. Deposits

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bl33 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200 per transaction. Minimum deposits via bank transfer or card may differ and will be displayed at the time of transaction. Maximum deposit limits are set at the account level and may be adjusted based on account verification status and applicable responsible gaming restrictions.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bl33 Account within a few minutes of a confirmed transaction. Deposits via bank transfer or card may take longer. bl33 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider, network outages, or circumstances outside bl33's reasonable control.

5.4 Currency

All deposits are accepted and held in Bangladeshi Taka. bl33 does not apply a currency conversion charge on BDT deposits. Any conversion applied by your bank or payment provider is outside bl33's control and is your responsibility.

5.5 Deposit Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. bl33 reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend accounts pending investigation of deposit origin.

6. Withdrawals & KYC

6.1 KYC Verification Requirement

bl33 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification must be completed in full before your first withdrawal will be approved. Verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months). bl33 may request additional documentation at any time.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced due diligence checks.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

bl33 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible. bl33 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative verified method if the original deposit channel is unavailable. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party accounts are not permitted.

6.5 Withdrawal Refusal

bl33 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct; (c) outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal request is inconsistent with the player's deposit history or account activity in a manner that triggers enhanced due diligence obligations.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

bl33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin credits, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet per round whilst a bonus is active, and expiry periods. Players must read the specific terms applicable to each bonus before accepting it.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific bonus offer, all Bonus Funds awarded by bl33 are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those funds.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bl33 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome offer more than once; placing equal or opposing bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; using bets on games excluded from wagering requirement contributions to fulfil bonus conditions; and any coordinated activity with other players designed to exploit promotional terms.

7.4 Promotional Changes

bl33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be published on the bl33 platform and communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bl33 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. bl33 reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corruption, match-fixing, or other integrity concerns, or where a clear pricing error has occurred. Bet settlement is final once confirmed by bl33. Disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion.

8.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are provided by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's systems and are final. bl33 is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by network connectivity issues on the player's end. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined by the game provider's system and the result recorded at the server level will be considered final and binding.

8.3 Slots & RNG Games

All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) game outcomes on bl33 are produced by certified, independently audited RNG systems operated by the relevant game provider. bl33 does not alter, influence, or interfere with game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the game provider for each title.

8.4 Bet Limits

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bl33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds held, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or are located in a jurisdiction where use of the platform is prohibited.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one bl33 account.
• Accessing another player's account without their express authorisation.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, scraper, or other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or betting results.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity using the bl33 platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the bl33 platform without written permission.
• Systematically placing bets designed to exploit promotional offers, wagering requirements, or cashback systems in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play ("bonus hunting").

10. Responsible Gaming

bl33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting players who may be at risk of developing a gambling problem. bl33 provides the following tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your bl33 Account.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bl33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer or device damage, or any other commercial or personal loss, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

bl33's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bl33 Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by bl33's proven negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Amendments

bl33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bl33 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the contact details held on the account or via a platform notification. Your continued use of the bl33 platform following the publication of any amendment will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The version currently published on the bl33 website is the version in effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bl33 is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bl33's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Players located in Bangladesh acknowledge that bl33 is an offshore service and that dispute resolution may be subject to international legal processes.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
